A Winning Trading Strategy

There are heaps of excellent posts by TXTrader, check out his recent Winning Trading Strategy.
One of the top items on my To Do list for this weekend is go through all the good material TXTrader has been posting over the past two months.

On the short side

Today is clearly a time to be on the short side. This is much better than yesterday.

Classic

A classic case of focusing my attention on the wrong candidates today. Oh well, another classroom day. Overall the market looks like it’s trying to do something but it’s not quite sure what. There are bouts of action with some dead periods in the middle. Time to call it a day.

Flat

Flat day for me, I had more positions on than normal but an appalling win/lose ratio together with several(!) execution mistakes left me with a single digit P&L and my broker a tad richer.
Main lesson of the day: need to tidy up my execution

Google Talk!

Fresh from Google’s oven: Google Talk. This should make TraderMike’s IRA account happy ;)
There’s something really exciting about trying out new stuff from Google. Their technology totally rocks. Btw, I got to know about this through two relatively recent web phenomenons which are also revolutionary, Delicious’ Popular and Digg.
Right, enough geekery for one post.
