Another choppy day. It started with negative tone so I was looking short, I got into BBY and MCHP. This time they worked, although nothing too exciting. The end result is +2.8R.

Friday trades

I traded EXPE and HANS. Was stopped out of both for a total of -1.8R. This brings to a close a tough week in terms of demands on my time and overall mental and physical well-being. Hopefully next week will be better, sleep will be a priority in trying to improve things.

Thursday trades

Nothing much interesting today for me. For some reason I decided to skip CLWR which was a pity, I was also stopped out of a couple of positions just to see them reverse back and make new highs. Anyways I traded EK, BRLC, HOKU and ISIL. The end P&L is +0.7R.

Couldn’t trade, struggling with lack of sleep and an unusually busy week at the office. And it’s only going to get worse now with some massive organizational changes at my work place. This makes me think I need to rework something.
