Finally found a new place. After a few days of negotiations we have a deal and a contract will be signed. That’s obviously quite a relief as I was a bit worried and stressed about this whole thing. Hopefully my trading downtime would be limited to just a few days as I arrange to move stuff and get connected over there. This is expected to happen around next weekend. The new place is actually bigger and slightly cheaper than where I am now (although not furnished) and with minimal impact on distance from the city (maybe another 5 minutes drive) so overall I’m quite looking forward to moving in.
