Blue October

Every now and then I come across a music album that is (almost) life changing. An album which just stays with me for a long time and that I enjoy more and more like an ageing bottle of fine wine. One such album was Keane’s Hope & Fears. Recently though, it’s been Blue October’s Foiled.
Simply an excellent piece of work with tunes which range across different genres (mostly rock and alternative) and lyrics which make you think about life. I’ve been listening to it for weeks on weeks with no sign of getting tired of it.

Have to check it out. The keane album was awesome, I’ve seen them live twice now and they were very good ,the first time was just before they had global success (they were the warm up act for Travis).

Other new bands if you havent heard them yet to check out are The Kooks and The Feeling.

Lots of great music coming out of the UK now.
