Day Trading Results

Mike from tradermike.net wrote an excellent, must read, post about his experience in day trading. If you read his post carefully you can gain more from it than from 90% of trading books out there. You also have to appreciate the candid, opennes of the post which is a rare thing in the trading world.

Incidentally, my results and equity curve (at 103 trades and 32R) mimic quite closely Mike’s results. It took me a while longer in terms of elapsed time though, I think, due to trading being more part time for me as well as the approx. 10 days Singapore vacation and the 9 days house move downtime.

P.S. I think Mike’s post is going to become one of the most popular day trading posts ever. I initially saw it on MaoXian and now also on Ugly Chart.
