Friday brings moolah but not peace of mind

Annoying day, I made some money but overall I sabotaged myself and didn’t perform well at all. I traded SNDK, NYX, PMCS and CAT. Instead of sticking to the trades I should have, just SNDK and CAT, I went against the trend with NYX and PMCS and canceled CAT at BE. I need to do a reset on my brain and recollect my trading thoughts. They’ve been all over the place as I question myself and my system instead of just accepting that not every month is going to be a 20R+ month and sticking to just executing my plan. Anyways, I made 2.3R today out of all this mess but I’m not a happy camper.

    The volume really dropped off and didn’t pick up at 1:00 like usual so I was half expecting a turnaround in the afternoon. I exited a trade (only on paper unfortunately) at 3R but it continued to go down several hours later to 6R. It’s one of those days where you feel like you should have made a lot of money.

    Nice pick Rick. Maybe you should consider trading with real money, even with a tiny R at risk.
