Friday trades

I took lots of trades today. Especially when I saw the shorts not working I thought we might get some buying kicking in later. I was wrong. Anyway, I shorted NUAN and COGN which both didn’t work. I also had JBL, TASR and SMSI. Eventaully SMSI saved the day’s P&L and I ended with just -0.6R.

I’ll be spending some time this weekend using stocktickr to analyse my trades. I’ve been entering all my day trades into the  Journal since the plugin became available so I have some good data there now and with the help of the reporting tools I can step back from day-to-day trading and look at the higher level of what’s working well, what isn’t and how to improve my P&L.
