Just stalking

I managed to catch the pre-market today so was watching out for any ineresting trades. I ended up stalking IFON for several hours and then gave up on it around mid-day. Holiday volume means there aren’t many movers and I’m extra cautious on entering trades. I’d rather have zero gain than get whipped around. As was the case for the ealier part of the month.

I’m back to the gym this week after the long weekend and it both feels great as is needed to combat the awful diet I was on for a few days. I’m still mostly in weight training mode so bulking up with only moderate fat loss. I may start introducing more cardio to get better muscle definition and lower body fat percentage.
