Don’t know if it’s because of the “Health Halo” or because most things in Subway taste much better than anything in Mcdonalds…
But you will prob get half the saturated fat and sodium with a sub. (the right type of sub)
Carlton - agree, I can’t stand McD food. Although that doesn’t stop me from being a long time shareholder :-) All across Asia people can’t get enough of their food.
yo - I would order only the 6gram fat type (lean turkey, chicken breast etc.) with mustard or no sauce. I managed to keep a reasonably ok weight on those subs.
