Ya gotta remember that schiff works for a “gold bug” firm. It’s hard to take those guys seriously because they have always said the same thing. They have screamed inflation, debt, dollar, etc ever since 1980 when gold was at it’s previous high. I cant’ fault anyone for laughing at them because these gold bugs have been johnny one note for the last 25 years. Broken clocks right every twice a day. This was schiff’s time.
yo - yes I see what you mean, you’re probably right there. I’m not that familiar with Schiff and what he’s been saying throughout the decade. Still, I found his description of events/causes was quite accurate. People can be permabears or gold bugs emphasizing different reasons, the ones he quoted were spot on, at least this time :-)
