And for today’s Ratatouille creation du Jour, brought to you courtesy of the invaluable lessons that made all this possible - the Stocks du Jour.

For today we have minced pork in light tom yum sauce with ginger and chilli,

and gently stir-fried hard tofu with mushrooms and onions. Served with
steamed plain rice and for the dessert a freshly brewed espresso (no
sweet stuff unfortunately, gotta watch that weight).
