Monday trade

August 20th, 2007 by eyal | Filed under Day Trading. | Print This Post Print This Post

Quite a dull day for me today, not many candidates and low volume. I went long RIMM but then around noon time things started selling off and I was stopped out. I managed to take some partial so ended up the day with some lunch money again, this time with champagne ;-)

    Hey Eyal!
Reading through Ugly’s archives I noted that he used to be more of a longer term trader. Were you the same, or did you start day trading right away?

PS Doug Casey likes Thailand as a speculative place for real estate (along with Argentina)

Hi Eric, the answer to your question depends on how far back we go into the past :-) basically once I really got into the trading scene late 2004 it’s been always intraday with some form of attempts at swing trading which later turned into a more long term holding preference.

I’ve not heard of Casey. I would be super weary of Thailand as a speculative place for real estate because of the legislative / political environment.
