More music

I’ve been listening to my music almost non-stop, whether at home, while commuting, on lunch breaks, in the office, anywhere. So I thought it was only natural to add another audio device at home so that I can listen to my music via the iPod in the bedroom. One alternative I was looking at is this this iPod alarm speaker but couldn’t find it retailed around where I live. Hence this Philips AJ300D (I could only find a link on the HK version of Philips):
It has very nice sound relatively to its size and price plus 2 alarms and sleep function so I can wake up and/or go to sleep listening to my favourite music. I tried doing that via software on my pc but it always got screwed up one way or another so at $85 this is not a bad solution.

I’ve seen the Phillips at the Best Denki (takashimaya) stores for $129 or at Sim Lim Square…same price too!
Think the iLuv might be around the same price too, so you’re better off with the AJ300D… saw them at Sim Lim Square too… but if you want something more precise, try the mac shop at IMM (Jurong East) or the i21 shop at Orchard Cineleisure
Cheers!
Yeah I paid more or less S$129 (the $85 is in USD). I checked out the Apple shop at Wheelock place, lots of high priced ones like the JBL etc. I just use it as an alarm, not as my main hifi so I didn’t want to invest 100’s of $.
Thanks for dropping by :-)
