NUE, HANS

I’m back. Just to lose another couple of Rs :| I shorted NUE and went long HANS. None of them worked unfortunately and I’m done for the day. It’s been a struggle lately with no money made, just a protracted drawdown. Not entirely sure why as I’ve not changed anything and have traded reasonably OK based on my plan over the last couple of weeks. Maybe it’s this market chop and hesitation or something else. I am thinking of redcuing my R size till I figure it out and get back to my normal stats.

    Looked at nue and hans and tried to visualize dummy criteria. Nue looked like proper setup, but I can’t see what prompted hans trade. Can you enlighten?

    Hi weatherman, on HANS - it was very active, high volume impulse buying on the open and low range down bar which closed above the open made it look like the original up trend will resume. Obviously I was wrong :)
