Online privacy?

Yeah right..

Is there anyone who doesn’t yet realize that anything you write online can (and will) be found at some later date via a search engine? Apparently, even when that’s the case, people still seem to mentally cling to the idea that there’s some sort of privacy online — even in very public spaces.

Just look at Google with it’s Gmail and premise of never “never delete emails again” and emails being used for marketing and ads. Even deleted emails sit in the trash folder forever till you physically delete them, again. And I wouldn’t count on those emails really disappearing even then.
