QCharts - on the way out

Ah yes I almost forgot, QCharts data was really screwed up yesterday. I was chatting with Dave over GTalk and talking about some price levels it turned out QC intraday data was incorrect. The outcome? Wrong position size and stop placement on the WINN trade. This means a real impact on the bottom line. One can only speculate how many other trades were impacted by this.
I then stayed up till 4:30 am checking out alternatives and setting up QCharts 6.0 which showed the right data (it connects to eSignal servers), for some odd reason though the feed on QC6/eSignal is slower. The next step if this doesn’t work tonight for some reason will be to go back to the ‘drawing board’ to get a new charting app, this would be a real bummer as I like the QC interface and being in Asia also means I’m very sensitive to slow feeds. If I experience feed slowness issues in Singapore then I can probably expect it to be unusable once I move to Thailand. I hope to get this thing out of the way sooner rather than later.
