TXTrader found this link to the blog of an ex institutional trader. The blog is not active and just had a couple of posts but the material there is almost priceless. As a newbie to tape reading it was a real eye opener and a glimpse into how institutional traders operate and think and how they work their orders. It focuses mostly on NYSE related tape reading and working with the specialist but many ideas around prints and momentum apply across the board.
