The flippin market

Very weird day in the market, everything sold off hard and then got bought back and the rollercoaster just went on almost till the close. I had about 4Rs in open profits and a couple of trades that normally I would consider way out of danger, but they got stopped at BE on massive pullbacks. I traded RVBD, ALTR and BRCM. Skipped AMZN which would have been a nice trade (for a while) but didn’t miss on anything else as far as I could see. ALTR’s BE stop didn’t fire away for some reason and I had to exit manually at a slightly worse price just to see it go back down again :-) BRCM stopped me out just before the close so my MOC order still fired away and reversed my position, as far as I know MOC’s can’t be canceled in the last 15min and I don’t know of any other way of getting out at the close automatically. Anyway getting out of that reverse BRCM trade killed more than half the profit I took as partial earlier in the day and I ended up with just 0.3R. It (almost) doesn’t get worse than going from +4R to +0.3R at the end of the day.
