Weekend

Weekend was great. I just realized I don’t refer to it as vacation anymore, it’s becoming a normal part life. I was dead tired on Friday but Saturday - Sunday were very pleasant. Spent my time going out, meeting with new people and doing some shopping. Except for the spa screwing up our booking on Sunday everything else was perfect. My Thai is also improving and if I know the context of the conversation then I can catch a few fragments here and there which is cool. Not needing to ask for translation on even a few occasions feels great. I’m nowhere near being able to string sentences together but at least it doesn’t sound like one continuous “noise” anymore :-)
