Had a nice relaxing weekend. Not very well rested yet, but then a whole week of sleep deprivation doesn’t get fixed with 1 or even 2 nights of sleep. Still, a good mental re-charge. The programme included:
- Authentic home cooked Thai green curry with ultra fresh air-flown ingredients from Bangkok :-) yumm!
- An hour’s sleep by the pool on a Satuday afternoon - pure bliss
- Stroll by the beach on Sunday late morning followed by Irish pub grub and a couple of pints of Kilkenny
- Bottle of Chilean Cabernet Sauvingon for dinner
- Beck’s Guero re-discovered
- Lastly, recalling and re-telling my first international relocation - fresh out of uni, no job, no money, no real plan, no endless to-do lists and spreadsheets of expenses, no research on cultural differences and cost of internet connections, no plan B / C / D, just a one way ticket and a suitcase. And to think it was just 10 years ago. Was I deranged back then, or am I now? Kind of helped put things in perspective a little a bit.

that actually sounds like a damn good weekend.
Thanks oonr7. Nice new blog btw, just added to my blogroll, and more my Google Reader :-)
thanks eyal… yours is a daily read. I used to like seeing you posting the trades intraday.
